I fixed a couple of the cases where the wrong number of Outs were being reported in the DynastyVision.Let me know if you see any other specific situations (in games tomorrow) and I'll try to fix them.

Top of the 8th. Runner on 2nd, no outs; after Ed Carlyle grounded out, Pete Barkley advanced from 2nd to 3rd and then the display showed 0 outs.
