I know this isn't the ideal time to add this, with teams in the midsts of the playoffs. But I wanted to get it in as soon as possible so we can start testing it when 1957 starts.
I also added another small changes to the pitcher screen for pinch hitting when you are losing in the 9th for a pitcher.
Again, the new screens don't have the error checking yet, so be gentle :D

I have added functionality to control how pinch hitters and defensive replacements are used. You can see this under Manager Preferences -> Substitutions.I know this isn't the ideal time to add this, with teams in the midsts of the playoffs. I changed the losing in the 9th PH for pitcher thing to allow you to specify after which inning RP should be PH for.
I also added a drop down to the Bullpen screen that allows you to bring in the closer automatically in save situations.

There is just something about it that seems odd to me. For example, I might want my leadoff guy to get pulled if we need a HR. So, then I might set it to consider batters from the 1st spot or lower. Then of course my power hitting lefty might get pulled if there is a lefthanded pitcher on the mound. And then if the game goes on I would be left w/o my top bat vs. righties. I know this is not a very good example, but my point is that this line just seems screwy.

This option wasn't avaiable before, Abe considered spots 1 through 8. But I see your point. I went with less functionality, less confusing with this option. But maybe it should allow you to select a range? Or maybe it should be exclusive? Like "Don't consider players for PH in spots ____ thru _____".

Can you add an option to reset back to default settings? I had changed my settings, but I'd like to reset and start over...
