When is the next batch of WS games played?

I believe 9:35 pacific time. I think that is 12:35 east coast, 11:35 central, 10:35 mountian.

What I mean is, will I be able to adjust my lineup/rotation between games.

Actually I don't think you can. That might be something that needs to change. If it is possible to play the game at 7 different times that might be a improvement.This batch right now (9:35 pacific) is 3 games by the way.
