I've added something that I hope will be helpful and took about 5 minutes. If you have a player that is ineligible for CPs, his row will show up a pink/red color on the minor league page. Also, if you have assigned less than 15 CPs when you arrive on the page, the total row will be pink/red.

Keep an eye on this for your upcoming games and let me know if you see any instances where your team missed a chance, yet had no rows red. Or a guy got a chance despite a red row.

I looked at the CP code - specifically to how it relates to injuries. I'm not sure if its been spelled out before - but I now understand it much better:
All injured players are ineligible to receive improvements.
If the number of healthy, eligible players on your minor league team is less than 15, you may receive less than 2 improvement chances.

seems to be a bit unfair, especially for those teams with low health guys...the code should be changed so they still get 2 chances, just that the injured player(s) can't get any

Yeah, I could look into changing the code. I don't think people would try to take advantage by picking up injured players from the waiver wire or anything.
