I uploaded the new files about 15 minutes ago.

Hi Andrew - the play-by-play isn't supposed to be in that window from what I understand.

Ditto with Netscape 7.02 on Mac OS 9.1

Working fine on XP, just takes a while for the initial Dynasty Vision to load. Love the graphics, though, and the new additional logos!

Does flushing your cache help?

I wonder how many versions of Netscape I can install on one machine...

I had the play-by-play there once, I changed it to a roster, but I don't like it. I'm going to move it back to a color-commentaried version of the Play-By-Play if I can solve the issue that Netscape 6 can't scroll a DIV under script control...

Are you seeing new logos now?

The logos used for DynastyVision are the logos the team was using on that day. Same with the scoreboard type and stadium name. If you change your logo and scoreboard type, the changes won't show until the next game is played.

I cleared my cache and got the same result as before. DynastyVision loads and then the only thing that changes is the "Out of Town Scoreboard". The teams cycle through it two by two. I can't even get to the boxscore after it is obvious that the game should be over.

Okay, I just opened a temporary hole in my firewall. Go to my system at http://68.117.193.243/SimDynasty/dv3.html and tell me if you see anything.

Here's what I'm getting on Moz 1.6 under Linux.

The DV window looks great...all logos and graphics appear to be there. However, after the initial load, it doesn't change at all. If I click the < or > button once, the scoreboard begins to cycle through all the scores, and they do seem to change over time. There's no action on the field, though. There's a "119" in the large box on the right side.

In Opera 7.11 on Linux, I get the exact same behavior. Ditto Konquerer 3.1-15.

{Edit}
Looks like I'm getting the same result as jer2911.

That looks really good. Plays as expected, scores cycle, speed buttons seem to work correctly. Pause doesn't work, and color/count don't seem to do anything, but maybe those haven't been hooked up yet.

Tested in same 3 browsers as above.

The >| button seems to have trouble. On Moz and Konquerer, it appears to freeze, using 100% cpu. On Opera, it starts cycling scores real fast but shows no more of the game.

Whew! Yes, the pause and color/count buttons aren't hooked up yet.

Unfortunately, I'm not going to have a ton of time to work on this today, as I have to work this evening. Things I still need to get working are:

- Pause: Working on hooking that now, not sure why it's giving me trouble.

- Simulated counts: Harder than it sounds. I'll probably leave this for last.

- Due up: That's next.

- Play-by-play: I'm moving play-by-play back to DynastyVision, but there's a lot of working around Netscape issues to solve there. It'd be done already for IE.

- Hits and errors: I'm laying in the code for this now. I have all the data, but there are some chicken-and-egg issues I need to work out.

- Stats: I need to modify the displayed stats to match the preferences from earlier discussions on the topic. Also, I need to add the current game stats as the game goes along.

- Today's performance: I want to add data for what a pitcher and batter have done today, but I don't know where to put it...

There are other things, but that's the short list...

Yes! That one works for me! one thing I noticed it seems the margins are messed up for the box score after the game is over. It is a super minor thing but I wanted to bring it up anyways...

In what way?

If you're talking about in the lineups, it is now a feature that players who come into the game are indented, as they usually are in newspaper box scores.

looks good, but I get nothing. The window loads, but my boxscore never plays, the out of town scoreboard doesn't have any of the right scores, the players on the field never load, the names of the batter and pitcher never load, the balls and strikes never show up. I am running netscape 7.02 on a mac OS9.1

I cleared my cache and still get the same thing.

Tom, I think I have this fixed in the latest version, but I haven't had a chance to send the latest to Tyson yet. Can you try it for us again this evening? If Tyson can't get the files up right away I'll open my home machine up again...

The new DynastyVision scoreboard seems to be locking up my Internet Explorer browser whenever I try to click on the show all ( > ) arrow.
