The season is far from over, but at this point I would definitely abdicate the CY award if Baracus or Wood wins it (per ABE's formula). As of right now, Binkie/Walker/Arlett are all clearly more deserving.
On the same general premis, Wood gave up one in 1951, with the league voting Matt Wilson (then of CIN) as the deserving winner.

At this point in the season, Binkie gets my vote. Winning is what matters.

That said, if I had a vote for Cy Young, it would probably go to JS Binkie simply cause his stats are better and KC is winning.

I know my team hasn't been winning, but if you look at what he is doing Art Feller is having a tremendous year, 16-3 on a team that has only won 50 games to date with an ERA that is a full 2 runs lower than any other starter on the staff. It's a travesty that he's not even listed as an all-star!That said, if I had a vote for Cy Young, it would probably go to JS Binkie simply cause his stats are better and KC is winning.
