If a player is waived between Oct 4th and Oct 12th, he will clear waivers immediately after the World Series (Oct 22nd). His date will reflect this.
If a player is waived after Oct 12th, but before March 1st, he will clear waivers on opening day of the following year (April 1st).
If a player is waived on March 1st or after (in other words, after the OffSeason has run) then he will clear waivers on April 1st + Number of WW days in your league. So for Dynasty leagues, this would be April 4th.

I've made some changes to how the Waiver wire works, particularly between October 4th and April 1st:If a player is waived between Oct 4th and Oct 12th, he will clear waivers immediately after the World Series (Oct 22nd). His date will reflect this.
