1 very good pitcher= B or better with good control
1 very good hitter = preferably 1B

I think trade backs are allowed. As long as there is some form of consideratioln going the other way. It happens in real life, or could happen (i.e. there have been many times when a team has traded (mid season even) for a player that is in the last year of his contract in order to make a push for the playoffs (see the NY Yankees) ... at the end of the year the player could resign with his original team. As long as there is compensation, it would be legal.Mike
