Bench batters will count less towards mentoring. Except in extreme cases, you should no longer be able to acheive a C+ team mentoring grade without having a mentor in the starting lineup.
For pitchers, I've changed how team mentoring value is calculated to be a little more lenient. This should make it easier to get to C+ for pitchers. Note that nothing has changed on the upper end - so it is no easier to get from C+ to B-, or B- to B. It is easier now to go from D to C+ however.
