I was sort of hoping for this. The policy in place is lame, but it's enough for the poop to begin making regular contact with various rotating blades, which will hopefully lead to something more forceful.

True, but the concept of "shit hitting the fan" is about the most gruesomely overused phrase in American English, so at least I tried to change it up a little.

I'd have gone with "make the doo doo strike the whirling blades," or scrap the whole phrase altogether, but that's just me.

I don't think it's that bad. It wasn't meant to be all that funny. I could've done better than "various rotating blades," probably.
