White Sox's defense

April 27, 2005 at 10:07PM View BBCode

Some creative defense for the White Sox today. They started the game with Joe Crede at SS and their backup catcher at third (Chris Widger). Crede was thrown out in the eighth, and because Juan Uribe, Tadahito Iguchi, and Pablo Ozuna are all out, Jermaine Dye is their new shortstop

At least in the majors, none of them had ever played their position today before today's game

In case you needed more proof that Ozzie Guillen has absolutely no idea what he's doing....

Because of his starting pitching. The offense isn't too hot, they're just good enough. No one in the rotation has an ERA over 4, and their best pitcher is the closest to 4. As soon as they face good offenses, they're in for a good hurting
