Trading draft picks

Does anybody think that one day it will be possible to trade draft picks as well as players in dynasty leagues? I mean, like you could trade your B- 30yr old Center Feilder and and 1st round pick in the upcoming amateur draft for his 23 year old B+ pitcher. I'm sure everyone understands what i'm saying.

Will we one day see that ability?

In other leagues its done on the honor system.

Yeah, another trade I've seen is for Coach Points. Someone will give you a guy for a season and you have to use 5 CP on him.
