Does anyone have any advice on what my numbers I should put down for my first draft.(hope to learn from others mistakes)

Also, there are more RHP than LHP, so for batter I would put more points in hitting righties.
Since this is a one-year league (until the Dynasty leagues launch in the next couple of months), don't worry about youth.
It also seems to me that power is slightly more important than contact for hitters and velocity is slightly more important than control for pitchers.
Remember, these are just my personal opinions based on a limited amount of experience, so if you take my advice and finish in the cellar, don't blame me. ;) Good luck.
