I'm going to reset the Short Term league and we can test the draft a few times. I have a couple other non-draft things I want to have in place before restarting the Long Term league.
I remember last time that a few people couldn't even set their preferences. So we will try to iron out those problems before running the draft.
Give me an hour or so to move things in and reset the league.

Everything should be in place now. Let me know if you find any bugs or have any questions. You should be able to start setting draft prefs. We will run the draft sometime next week if all goes well.Thanks for the help!

Oh, I also made some changes to the navigation. It should send you to different screens when you go to the Draft Center depending on your league date.[Edited on 10-14-2004 by tysonlowery]

With the draft order available and a variety of ages available in each, if you have the time to spend, you can draft almost any combination of old and new for your first selection at each position. It gets pretty difficult for the second player at each position and impossible after that.

I've set the preferences for every position with no problems at all.

System works great, will be interesting to see how things work out. Have received mixed reactions from owners in other leagues about this system. Will be taking their concerns into account when the draft runs and I see the results. But this system should work better than the present system. I found that it didn't take me near the time to pre-rank players this time as it did the first time. Knowing your draft position makes a big difference.

I want to make sure that any problems are worked out and then I will run the draft tomorrow. pwj reported some issues with Netscape on the Mac - which I believe were fixed, but I want to give him a chance to confirm.Pages: 1
