I made some changes to the waiver process so that you couldn't have less than 40 players by simply waiving players. This is how it used to work, but it was broken at some point.September 21, 2004 at 06:54PM View BBCode
What are you supposed to do if you have 40 players, then put someone on the DL and need to promote someone from your minors? Or what about when you promote someone from your minors and demote a veteran from your ML squad? While that guy tries to clear waivers you have less than 40 players.September 22, 2004 at 02:37PM View BBCode
This logic is only in place when you attempt to outright waive players from your minor league team. None of the other logic has changed.September 22, 2004 at 08:00PM View BBCode
We should add an option to outright waiver someone rather than have to designate for assignment and then have to waive from our minors several days later if they clear.September 23, 2004 at 04:30PM View BBCode
