This team is driving me crazy! Start out yesterday with a 17-1 loss and today begins with a 21-2 win. :puzzled:

maybe you really are never gonna make a run. most inexplicably underachieving team I can remember. any theories?

That walk rate... Woof. He's having a bad year any way you slice it, but it's only gotten worse in the bullpen.
I think the bullpen is how you get Colorado's 20-33 record in 1 run games. That's a .377 win%. In games decided by more than 1 run, Colorado is 57-36 (.612). Plenty of bad luck mixed in there as well.
Poor bullpen performance + bad luck = 2014 Colorado Highlanders

Seems like it has to be the bullpen. Murray is having a disastrous year by his standards (9 blown saves, 8 losses, WHIP up from 0.96 last year to 1.42). Foucault is having a second bad year in a row. Yeah, you should definitely look into some new relievers. Got some over here I could part with this off-season.
I would love if we had some kind of statistics data dump. I've done that kind of analysis for my playoff teams, but it would be fun to see who dominates my team *coughPianoLegscough* the most. The game log fits well into excel, but ya gotta pull it for each guy.
