I'm picking 5th, but I'm not entirely sure there are 5 players worth drafting in this mess. Any thoughts?

2. Earl Rooney. A chance to make A+/B+, with B- endurance or better.
3. Bill Drake: Won't hit lefties well, but maybe goes B+/A+ vRHP, with A or A+ speed and with that defense could be a SS or 2B.
4. Truck Kell (he's B overall, so may end up B+/A or even A-/A if lucky, depending on the where he is in the grades).
5. Tom Boris. His defense will stink (stick him in LF), but if he reaches B/A+ (with max power vRHP), he'll rake...even with B- speed.
Some of this may be optimistic, but you have to be a little with this draft.

I like the top 3, but I probably put Wentz ahead of the other 2. He should be a pretty good catcher, which I value.

Wenz is pretty bad vRHP, though (C/C-). Add the preseason birthday...at OS 18...I'd worry he stalls at A-/B+. But in some leagues, good catchers are incredibly rare, so if you need one down the road maybe he's worth it.

I'm not sure how you can project Wenz at A-/B+ while C/C- at OS 18 and Kell at B+/A or A-/A while B-/B at OS 22, even if he is B overall. I would be very surprised if Wenz was not at least very close to A/A- vs righties. I don't necessarily think you are wrong about Kell. I just think you are under-projecting Wenz, and I value the catcher position more than a single reliever.

Another thing that concerns me about Wenz is the C overall rating. I usually don't even bother looking at a batter's overall grade, but in this case I think it means he's high in some or all of those grades. (For those who don't know, overall rating for batters is 32% Contact, 32% Power, 16% Speed, 10% Arm, and 10% Range...per game guide).
So Wenz is C/C- vRHP, B-/B- vLHP, C+ speed, B- Arm, D Range. If he were C+ overall, I could blur my eyes and picture a guy near C+/C vRHP. Maybe only his vLHP and speed are really high and it's skewing that grade, but I'd fear he's nearly C-/D+ vRHP, which is awful. That's why I figured A-/B+ when fully developed.
