Newly nominated candidates are: Robert Pierce, George Litwhiler, Terry Dopson, Pat Wacker, George Fox, Enoch Thompson, Juan Hostetler, & Jose Fleming
As always, I'd like to encourage everyone to vote. I understand not every owner cares about the HOF voting. However, if you are a relatively new owner, do not feel that you are not justified to vote. Voting is best when it is a collaborative process involving as many owners as possible. Even though some owners have only been here for recent seasons, it is relatively simple to get an idea of past players with HOF-level careers.
If unsure, I'd encourage owners to take a look at the list of players in the [url=http://www.simdynasty.com/hof.jsp?lid=351]JML HOF[/url].
This ballot had 1 Automatic Qualifier, which are selected based on career statistic totals of:
500 HR
3000 H
300 W
You can vote for up to 10 players. You can vote for fewer. If you choose to vote for nobody, please declare that. Please announce your vote by replying to this thread on our league message board.
Players on 75% of the ballots cast will be enshrined into the Hall of Fame.
Players with an ** have each have been on 5+ ballots so far and have failed to reach induction; they will be dropped off the ballot if support does not increase with this vote.

Fellow JML owners, I've compiled a list of players as nominees for this year's ballot. Maddox and McCormick I almost left off the list. And I always fill all 10 spots on my ballot! However, both players had very nice careers at middle infield positions where they offered up excellent defense for playoff contending teams. If they should be inducted though, they are going to be forced to wear scarlet letters reminding of how poorly they hit in the playoffs. :lol:
