August 29, 2017 at 09:38PM View BBCode

Descent draft for major league ready not so muxh for younger prospects.

Pitching:

1. Rich Garibaldi--unanimous #1, nice place to srtart a rebuild, with 2 top pitchers achchoring the rotation. I smell 3 cys, maybe the best in the league during his prime
2. Lou Dyer--B-/A+if the development ball falls his way. If so then a few AS goes his way and maybe a cy too.
3. Gil Christman--10 AS as closer awaits him in 2 years
4. Rasty Petralli--steal, not much dif between him and gil, except rasty needs a lot of tlc to get there
5. Vic Pike--another future closer, could be a closer after 1 year in minors and 1 in majors
6. Shane Calloway
7. Zenzo Ishibachi
8. Rube Wiggs
9. Gene Rogell
10. Mickey Thigpen

Hitting:

1. Tom Stewarttop 3 hitting prospects can go in any order, I have him at the top because of his power. If he turns an A+ pvr then he could win some HR titles
2. Mike Ussat--A-/A vs righties and B+/B+ vs lefties, not a good split, but maybe he does 20/25 HR and 75 rbi vs righties
3. John Wilson--could be a top notch table setters vs lefties, will be vs righties, top 3 finish almost every year at ss keeps him in the lineup
4. Les Narron--descent power, descent speed, if he can hit C+ contact then he can approach 40+ HR, if he's moved to cather then he could garner half a dozen AS
5. Eddie Benson--Weakside platoon, nuff said
6. Ron Davis
7. Ray Start
8. Howard Wright
9. Danny Matthews
10. Sam Macpherson

Steal=Danny Matthews, Pit
Best=Pit
