Top 3 in STL draft

This one is pretty tough to rank at the top. There are some nice prospects, but not really any that stand out above the others. Here it is:

Numbers make it easier IMO.

I like all of CC's top 4, but I would add that Iwasaki will have good value, and Falcone will be a very good leadoff hitter.

It does make it technically easier, Willy, it's just painful to look at. Looking at grades instead, seeing the numbers sort of rounded off, makes the job less tedious.

Painful? That's a big exaggeration.

I started in a numbers league, and can easily transition back and forth to letters. When I see A, I see 84-91. In my head it's always numbers, and the letter grade is just a marker.

Owners who think in letter grades exclusively, could have a bad understanding of the value of these grades. As an example, I see owners overvaluing A+. A low A+ isn't worth nearly as much as the maxed out A+. They are essentially two different grades.

The reason I dislike numbers is pretty much what ccox said. My very first league was a numbers league, and after a bit I had everything memorized. I could look at a player and automatically read off their letter grades based off their numbers. However, its been a long time since then and I've never looked at numbers much since, so I now pretty much have to do each grade individually, which gets tiring once I look at ten players or so.

I've said this before, but I think numbers are great for people learning this game. Based on our school system of grading, I don't think people don't really understand how bad a C actually is in this sim. It isn't 73-77 like we are conditioned. It is 36-43, which is truly awful.
