ok, flip flop, i'll comment. I'm anti giving input on trade proposals in your own league because of the intrinsic bias but I'll do it here, hopefully others will chime in.
Oliver has great skills. A overall is usually as good as it gets, though you'll notice we do have an A+ player in the league in COL. His performance has been good, but not great. All Stars and Fireman awards are pretty, but they don't reflect supremacy too effectively. For pitchers ERA and WHIP tell you the most, and his numbers there aren't great. But still, he has high value based on skills alone. At age 32, he has the rest of this season plus 2 more before his skills start to decline - all players start to decline at the end of the year in which they turn 34.
Voyles is a nice prospect, despite being underdeveloped. On his Improvements page you can see he's had years of just 20 or 30 improvement chances. This tells us he had a low number of CPs which cost him a lot of chances to improve. But he can still have a bright future if fully developed from now on.
Layden has some potential too, should be an everyday player vs. RHP at worst. Key thing to know about him is his development curve. In many leagues all players convert improvement chances at predictable rates, but in our league we use Variable Improvement. Many players develop at the standard predictable rate, but many others improve in varied fashions ("busts", "gems", "enigmas", etc.) and these "development curves" are invisible to us, but you can learn something from their improvement history.
Layden appeared to be normal his first year, converting 59/66 (most 18 year old hitters will convert almost every chance). His second year was worse (39/65) but still possibly normal. Then in his 3rd year, he converted 7/60 - clearly he is on some kind of abnormal curve. He's rebounded since then, but the key takeaway is that he is not "normal" so counting on him carries some risk.
2nd round picks have some value, savvy drafters can usually find players of some value in the 2nd round. And with variable improvements, any draft pick could be a "gem" so the more chances, the better.
In my opinion you'd be hard-pressed to land a stronger return for Oliver. If you want to trade him, this might be your best option. You could probably find a trade partner that will send a 1st round pick for him, but I think the two 2nds plus the two young bats are worth more.
You're 5 GB of a playoff spot at the 1/3 mark of the season, so you could decide to hang on to Oliver and try to make a run for the playoffs. But if you decide it's in your best interest to start rebuilding and get younger, which is fine, I think this is a good deal for you.
