Is there any way to have even a clue what a player's mentor grade will be before his 28th birthday? Does his amount of playing time effect it at all?

"An individual player's Mentor Value is calculated using 3 components: Age, Skill, and Leadership. Having high values in each of these will give a player a high Mentor Score"

Age and Skill you know, leadership is one that you cannot know until they turn 28, note in system 2 player mentoring the weighting of Skill is much higher:

Speaking of mentoring, I just entered a starting lineup of 6 guys that are A+ mentors, and a 7th that is an A. Yet my overall mentoring for hitters equates to "B+"?? It seems like that combo should at least provide A- mentoring for the one player in my lineup that is under age 28.

I'm not sure mentoring goes higher than B+, my current lineup in the BHL has all 13 hitters with a mentoring score, no under 28 hitters, 6 are red lettered including 4 starters and my mentor level is also B+
