I mistakenly waived him...in a sleep deprived fugue state. If you guys could let him pass through and allow me to reclaim, I'd be super grateful.

I think if you go to the waiver wire you can reclaim him.

I put a claim on him, but revocable waivers only apply to MLB lvl players who are out of options.

I picked him up, not realizing the situation. I've since sent him back to Philly, free of charge.
