According to Admin. cp trades are no longer allowed once each league goes to minors system 5.

CP trades have been banned with moving to system 5. You need to either reverse the trade or supplement the value of the CPs.

13 CPs is probably at least a 1st or two Rd 2s, I suspect.

I didn't realize this was part of the new rule, sorry. So much hype was made about the changing system I didn't catch it and this is my first league to convert to system 5.
Redsfan didn't know either, he offered 5 cps forgetting we were changing. It was hours before the draft so I accepted the deal.
I proposed to him via u2u that we do 13 cps because the # of projected chances correspond to the # of projected chances for 5cps in the old system (according to the rule book).
I'd rather chalk it up to an innocent mistake and leave it as-is rather than regotiate a deal. Could that be ok with everyone? Alternatively, I'll defer to the thoughts of my fellow owners.

I say leave it as it is since this is a brand new points system, and in which the CP trade thing was overlooked by most everyone. I have no issues letting this stand.

I didn't know about the change to the minors system when I offered 5 cps. Then saw it had changed and Boston and I agreed on cps after the trade. Not knowing there would be a change also for cp trades. We were also blindsided about the new rule. We are ok with this agreement for this time. If after this season no further cp trades are allowed that's fine.Pages: 1
