To nobody's surprise, LA beat Detroit 4-1 in the World Series after sweeping a very talented Florida team in the NLCS. What a monster team! Glad we're not in the NL. We only have Yankee Jim and the perennial Bad News Bomber dynasty to deal with in the AL. Once in awhile, one of us "also rans" gets lucky and sneaks by them. :)
