Does my kicker suck this bad solely because of a C Execution grade? I have never experienced this. He is terrible and I keep holding onto him thinking it will work itself out over time.

Its possible. The strength, holder, environment could also all have impacts. Have you run kicking practice to see how he does with massive samples?

I think its time for a change though. That's three seasons now.
