Here are the nominees (write-in's accepted if I missed anyone):
3rd Ballot:

Stegman played his entire career for the same organization, an organization that's seen several owners over his career. The 8 time All-Star and 2015 AL MVP led the league in runs scored 5 years in a row while helping this franchise to 5 World Series titles. Stegman finished his career with 2816 hits, 1655 runs, 455 stolen bases and a .283 batting average.
1st Ballot:
Brett Romulus - P - ANA/COL/PHI
Romulus split his 17 years between starting and the bullpen. His best season came as a starter when he went 24-0 and led the league in WHIP. His career WHIP of 1.12 ranks 11th all time and his ERA of 3.05 ranks 15th. In addition to his Cy Young, we made 9 All-Star teams and won 2 ERA titles.
Bill Holtgrave - P - COL/PHI/KC
Holtgrave won the 2021 Cy Young mostly out of the bullpen by winning 26 games and leading the league with 254 strikeouts. He led the league in strikeouts 4 times and amassed 6 All-Star appearances. He finished with a career ERA of 3.75 and 1.26 WHIP.
Mark Fidrych - P - DET
Fidrych won 226 games playing his entire career for the same organization. He was dominate during the peak of his career although it resulted in just 5 All-Star appearances. He did win the 2020 Cy Young behind his 24 wins and 2.41 ERA.
Bob Molinaro - SS - DET
The first overall pick of 2004 finished his career with 2436 hits, 425 home runs and 206 stolen bases. He played in 5 All-Star games and won 3 Gold Gloves. He was a big part of the 5 recent World Series titles claimed by Detroit.
Satchel Schult - CF - SEA
Schult started his career with a Rookie of the Year award and the first of 16 All-Star appearances in a row. He won the 2016 MVP award. He is one of two players in the league to collect 500 home runs and 500 stolen bases. He finished 8th all-time in home runs (503), 4th in hits (3297), 4th in runs (1902), 19th in stolen bases (560), 7th in doubles (537), and 5th in triples (141).
David Nuuhiwa - RF - STL
The Browns traded for Nuuhiwa prior to the 2010 season and he immediately won Rookie of the Year. He went on to win the 2017 and 2021 MVP awards. He added in 6 All-Star appearances and 3 Gold Gloves. He finished with 2492 hits, 364 home runs, and 593 stolen bases.

Romulus
Schult
Nuuhiwa
Torphy
Stegman - I stand by his inclusion in the Hall of Fame. Had he retired at 36, he would have been a shoe-in.
