Beta Premium down

When we moved from the old server to the new, several leagues were damaged. Beta Premium was one of the victims, but it's not worth the amount of effort to rebuild so I am going to leave it paused and we'll concentrate on Zeta. If we need a second league we can always start a fresh one.
