I was hoping to get some unbiased opinions, so the the other owner could read them and see how ridiculous his evaluation of players are. I love it when people try to trade with me as if I am a newbie, i usually just play along.

he's only been on the site for a couple weeks, he might just not yet have a solid grasp on player value. chances are he doesn't know much about the forum either, you might want to send him a link if you want him to read this.

We are pretty sure this person is a previously banned person. He sends over horrible offers then complains when they don't get accepted. I am not going to mention the name at this point.

it's just a hunch, but there are some curious similarities with this guy, WhiteSox2, MetsRoll15, TwinsRock1, Dodgertown...maybe they're not all involved. But when I alluded to the possibility that they at least all "know" each other in a trade thread earlier today, that thread was promptly deleted.

this is a wild allegation, and i obviously dont have any solid evidence, but i think he might be operating a bunch of teams in Ozzie Smith and Molitor Delahanty.it's just a hunch, but there are some curious similarities with this guy, WhiteSox2, MetsRoll15, TwinsRock1, Dodgertown...maybe they're not all involved. 3 teams in the league have notes, all owned by 3 of those guys I mentioned (forgot to include Royals85). They are "GM door is open. Just knock", "Trade door always open", "Open to listen to all offers".
could just be a coincidence though.

for an example, look at the team notes in MDL: http://www.simdynasty.com/leagueinfo.jsp?lid=45043 teams in the league have notes, all owned by 3 of those guys I mentioned (forgot to include Royals85). They are "GM door is open. Just knock", "Trade door always open", "Open to listen to all offers".

The team owned by Dodgertown threw 2 no-hitters about a (real-time) week apart. They were both reported on the league board, but one was by Dodgertown and the other by Royals85. Look at the similar synopses:
Royals: Claude Ferson of Cinn has pitched a No Hitter today VS Los Angeles. Ferson struck out 9 walked 3.
Dodgers: Ed Waddey threw teams second No Hitter Of The Season Today Against Houston. Waddey Struck Out 9 Walked 5.

StartWith2 might not be connected there, I hadn't been suspicious of that account until this thread, then I noticed he also recently popped up in MDL.
here are some other suspicious threads:

I have received u2us regarding trade advice from at least 3 of these owners over the past 4-5 months but I haven't noticed anything amiss, but then I haven't really been looking.I thought the sim was pretty good at avoiding this stuff but who knows.

but now i've learned that all my investigative digging was a dumb waste of time, a confidential source "SimThroat" has provided some pretty solid proof that was an easy find, i just didn't know where to look.
under each post, we all have buttons for "Profile", "Search", and "U2U Me". And, if you're running the worst scam in Sim history, you also have a button for "Email". Hovering over that email button shows the account's email address in the lower-left corner of the screen.

Nice thread. I'd just like to add one thing - I was in communication with TwinsRock1, we had sent a few U2Us back and forth when he was looking for help - and then I received a U2U addressing a similar topic in the same writing style, from Royals85. Could mean something, felt like I should add.

I just checked my u2u box and there is a thread that I was talking to twinsrock about trade advice that has a response coming from Dodgertown . Didn't notice before.
