EXE Revisited

I got this from an older post and was wondering if it was still the same?

"In rough order of the impact EXE has on their position: QB, K, Holder, OL, WR, Hands Team, P, RB, KR, CB, DL. LB and S don't use EXE much at this point".

Also, I thought I read once that LB's with bad EXE might be fooled easier with play-action.
