how come players run aggressively even when set to "never stretch"?

I have my preferences set to "never stretch" for runners stretching going home with 0 outs. Yet it often happens that I see "<player> uses his aggressiveness and scores" notes in the log with 0 outs (see this game, for example, in inning 5, where I am SF): http://simdynasty.com/boxscore.jsp?boxscoreid=34040705&cityid=31

Is this runners ignoring my setting or is there a bug?
