Looking for a Back-up 1B

Looking for a Back-up 1B somebody around 25 yrs of age to Back-up Teddy Bear Blue and be a possible hedge for a couple of years till I can groom someone, would like to trade a 2nd or 3rd rd pick for this have a couple of offers out there so lets get this done. this is just a minor deal so don't get carried away.

Would love to get a young catcher also may have to address that in the draft there were none this past draft so I'm looking for 2 or 3 to be available this year. :saint:

Mike Pennington might be able to fill your need at C, take a look. My 1st basemen are old.

No not a 24 year old project I have that in Beach (3rd string catcher) I'm talking a 25-27 year old B- type that could actually play right now. I have a great backup right now in westrum but he is 31 and Uribe is 29 looking for someone who could contribute a bit right now or when Uribe retires I don't need anybody can probably develop a catcher before he retires just trying to hedge my bets.

I had that Westrum guy, he never played up to his ratings so he got the axe. :lol:

Maybe you can get him to produce.

I've been satisfieed with Westrum so far I don't start him so he comes off the bench for Uribe, he also was playing first when Blue was tired probably won't now that i have a back-up 1B
