300 career saves Milestone

Today Randy Menze of Tampa Bay got the save in today's game aganist the Gotham's. In doing that he got his 300 career save in his long 14 years in the league. He is a 4 time fireman of the year winner and a future Hall of Famer!

Even more impressive when you consider the fact that he has been used as a starter for half of his career. I put him in the rotation early on to gain CPs and develop, but turned him into a closer at an appropriate time. I have no idea why he would have been moved back to the rotation in 2015 after winning 3 FoYs in 4 years.

Agreed, this might be his last year and hoping to use him to get Tampa Bay in the playoffs. Been 14 seasons of no playoffs!Pages: 1
