We got Toronto...then Chicago 1 back, then upstart Detroit Rock City!!!! tied with Cleveland 6 back of first. Detroit was 8 under .500 in 2026 but are now 20 up in '27.
Freedoms, Summer legends, Hydra then The Thunder in last with only 22 wins.
In the NL we have Will Smith singing about Miami...the A team gets all A's for pitching...Then it's a rats nest...Philly 10 back, Arizona 12, San Diego making some moves to be 13 back.
New York announced its intentions to sell...Fire Sale...Fire Sale, get it while its hot... as they sit 17 back, Atlanta, Montreal, Cincy round out the NL group with a higher magic number than games remaining. Cincy manager was fired after his early season run imploded, they now are being coached by the blind man Atlanta fired last year on an interim basis.
In the AL Brown from Detroit is having an is MVP campaign.
Injuredsham..or Wickersham is the leader in the Cy young
Dixie Lake...sounds like a nice place to retire, or lead the fireman standings.
32 year old Royce Bryant is the current old guy rookie of the year.
NL has Breckinridge from Arizona in the MVP spot
Bohannon from Miami as the Cy young.
Whitaker from Miami is the Fireman
Matthews form Arizona is the Rookie... (Although Fireball Koppe is 6-1 since the last update and now is on the scoreboard including a masterful outdueling of Bohannon)
