Curious if anyone has tallied up the current votes on the various subtopics of discussed league rules and tried to put together an integrated package of what it appears people want?
At some point, that will probably be necessary to figure out where settings either reinforce each other or work at cross-purposes.
I guess another way of putting it would be that before a final vote, the group should think about the whole collection of rules as an integrated unit and examine whether a rule that sounded fine when presented by itself won't cause problems when linked in tandem with some of the other rule settings.

Minor League System - #3 and #5 were most preferred.
Need a re-vote to decide.
Development - Variable had 5 preferred votes and 4 ok if chosen.
Normal had 2 preferred votes and 6 ok if chosen.
Variable development looks close, but could use more votes
Injury System - 9 votes for #1. 1 vote each for the others.
System #1 is a go for the injury system
Win# modifier - 3 votes yes, 5 votes no.
Still need more votes to decide this.
Mentoring - 4 vote for system #2, 1 vote for system #1, 1 vote for either.
System #4 is close, but would like a few more to decide.
Retirement - system #2 had 9 of 10 votes. Pretty set on this system.
System #2 is a go for retirement.
We need a solid yes vote for either #3 or #5 minor league system.
We need more owner votes for Development, Win# Modifier, and Mentoring System.

Almost September. I think we should soon the league rules finalized so the play off teams can devote their attention to the playoffs and not league rules.Pages: 1
