seems dead in here so here is a topic

Can't figure this out. For pitchers their main improvement years are 24, 25,26 from my understanding those are the years they are supposed to improve the most in the majors. But yet in this league my pitchers have only ever improved 1, 2 or maybe 3 points total for each of those years. When I look back on it they were improving 10 points per season in the minors before that so what is the point of bringing them up ?? It seems bringing them up to the majors in their main improvement years stunts there improvements.

I have noticed lately that pitchers was improving better in minors at 23 and 24OS than majors.If they do improve it is on endurancePages: 1
