Draft Center strangeness

So after a couple of days of travel, I check in with the Draft Center to see what's up. I decide I'd like to shift my rankings to put a little more emphasis on drafting younger players and giving them time to develop. So I make the changes (note: the only numbers that increased were the numbers for "youth"; all other numbers stayed the same or decreased), and when I hit the "Update Rankings" button, the new top-ranked player in the draft for me is......a 31-year-old Japanese pitcher.
