Terry was the first LB to go, but in my opinion, he should have been the third to go.
Some interesting picks:
? G Zukauskas by KC in Round 2. I think this was an extreme reach, but these things do happen. Also wasn't a fan of KC's first rounder Thompson.
? Picks 1-3 went in the opposite order that I had them ranked. All three are exceptional players though. Anyone in the top 3 had to be very happy.
? Really like the Listopad pick by Las Vegas.
? Hard for a very good team like Memphis to turn away a luxury item like the TE they picked up with the final pick of the first round. He can only help.
? Mattern by Las Vegas at the end of the third round is probably the steal of the draft.

How did people do? I thought this was one of our stronger drafts overall, so I'm quite sad I was missing my 2nd and 3rd picks. Had planned to go defensive line, but clearly it was hard to pass up on a stud linebacker like Jackson. He's got everything I look for in a hybrid LB/DE: youth, A+ potential, and red-letter strength, speed, tackling, and run cover. Throw in okay pass cover and decent agility and you've got a player that can shut down his portion of the field.Terry was the first LB to go, but in my opinion, he should have been the third to go.

#2 rated safety with the 18th pick... I like it. Also picked up a nice future RT. Otherwise, they were training camp fodder.Pages: 1
