He posted a 1.05 WHIP and 2.33 ERA in 162 innings, leading the league in both stats. In order to qualify for the rate stat pitching titles, a pitcher must have 1 inning per team game, and wouldn't you know it, we are qualified for a tie-breaker game. Will he lose the league lead due to eligibility after that game is run? This is a really quirky one!
