4th Down Decisions

I'd love to see a 4th down decisions set up by EPV WPA. As it is I have to create 4-5 sets of 4th down rules. And that still leaves lots of situations that need to be addressed seperatly. If we just had a choice of GO FOR IT IF EPV => 5 or WPA => 10% it would simplify 4th down decision making.
