Help Checking a Stat

Hello, is there a way to go back to the 1952 season and see how many games back my guy Milt Lush played before he was not in a game? He has a hell of an Iron Man streak going and I am curious how many actual games in a row he has played. From 1953 to current he has played in 1,213 continuous games.

I don't think there is a way to access the game logs from previous seasons. Which is unfortunate, because it would be a neat thing to look at.

As for Milt Lush, that's a pretty impressive streak (whether it includes any of the games from the 1952 season or not).
