Ive been in Sim for 8 years now . Could never figure this one out . If I put a player out of position he becomes good at that position in about 30 games during a season. I dont understand why we cant do same thing with catchers. Ok its a tough position but let it take longer to mature into a catcher. Your team would have to suffer during his training but I think it would be worth it .:D

League's get to set the rule for who can start as catcher. I know it's most common that they must be at least 50% trained to start. I don't know if it's possible to set that to zero for a league, and I don't know if it has been done.
