Very disappointing?

We have been stuck on 9 total votes since last week. It?s a shame that we can?t get full league participation in an important change like this one.Very disappointing?

I imagine if we lose any more teams, Sim will fold us into a 24-team league.

Well it looks like there will be 2 owners that don?t care to participate. However, it looks like it won?t matter anyway because one owner voted no. Since everyone is renewed for next season, it looks like there will be no change unless the no vote decides to change their mind.
