So I'll field offers for a couple of quality pieces I don't see the Marlins using soon.

I like the potential the two young backstops bring the franchise, but I need the Mentoring of McDowell to steady a young pitching staff. Which one goes depends on the offer.

Skilled enough at 1b, 2b, RF and working on SS, he brings an adequate glove w/plenty of Speed and Power. Want to bump Gus Robinson up to the majors.

Better suited for a middle infield platoon role, he should develop into a Gold Glove defender and will kill southpaws.

Tried to sneak him through waivers a year or two ago and he didn't make it. I just have no room to develop him and stronger options nearly ready in the minors.

? Teenage catching prospect with quality grades/Arm.
? Red Letter RF no older than 30.

Well, it's taken me 12 seasons to rebuild the woeful Florida franchise I inherited as a chaperone but now that it appears to be competitive once again I'm expecting someone to step up and purchase my spot in the MRL soon.So I'll field offers for a couple of quality pieces I don't see the Marlins using soon.
