Endurance loss for SP?

I've been all over the forums and the guide but I can't seem to find what the minimum IP as a starter or minimum games stared required for SP to avoid loosing endurance (especially when using one as a RP).

The "more than" is important, if he makes 40 appearances he must start 11 games, not 10, to avoid any endurance loss .

If a pitcher is an SP on his card, and higher than C+ endurance, he must make a minimum of more than 25% of his appearances as a starter to avoid an endurance penalty.The "more than" is important, if he makes 40 appearances he must start 11 games, not 10, to avoid any endurance loss .
