Trading Draft Picks

I am trying to set up the system so that draft picks can only be acquired or given away if you have paid for that season already.
You will now be able to offer draft pick trades to other owners even if they haven't paid yet, but that owner won't be able to accept the trade until they have purchased more credits.
Not sure the best way to test this. I will finish up the code on this and then mess around with how many credits people have so that some of you don't have enough to renew.

Just received a trade for draft pics in 1954 from Cleveland of ST BETA. I'm Baltimore of ST BETA. When I tried to accept the trade I received the following message.
ERROR: You cannot trade draft picks - you have either not paid for any seasons beyond this season.
Go to the signup area and purchase additional seasons if you wish to trade draft picks.
From this statement it looks like the code Tyson put into effect is working. Thanks to Cleveland for making the offer so we could test it.

That was my experiment. I was trading Baltimore's 1st rounder in 1954. I don't know how I got it but the page said I had it. The picks that I 'own' are:
'51 CHN R5
'53 BAL R5
'54 BAL R1
'54 MIL R1
'54 BAL R2
'54 STL R2
'55 BRO R1
'55 BRO R2
'55 BAL R5

I have an interesting draft pick situation. Chicago NL has my 1st pick from the amateur draft, yet I never traded that pick (or any others away) :o

We may have forgotten to clear out that info when we restarted the beta leagues. Hopefully we will restart again soon and do it the right way this time.
