I understand it's best to leave him down until OS 23 or 24, but I want to get him all the endurance chances I can. I'm thinking, bring him up at OS 21. What's the best way to get the best of both worlds? Thanks, KW

He'll make B- endurance by OS28 easily. I'd promote him no earlier than OS22, and would keep him down thru OS22 if you can.

What WillyD said. I'd also keep 5 CPs on him until then (never short-change good pitching). You could easily do this by removing a point from Cobb, who won't be worth your time anyway.
