Went for pitching and have worst pitching ever!

LOL, went for pitching in this draft and increased my control a bit in my draft settings and thought I had a decent staff but BAM!!! I have one of the worst pitching staffs that I have ever had on this game..at least performance wise to this point!? Oh well, gotta keep trying to find a way!
