This will be my last season in the Cesar Cedeno League. I recently received a promotion at work and I don`t have time for this game any more. I sadly will have to say good bye to a league that I have had a great time in. I will be playing one more season in my other league and then call it quits there as well. Well, That's great that you got a promotion and don't have time to deal with us losers anymore. If that really means you don't have 15 minutes a day for us, then I fear for your future! Good luck, though!!T

But seriously, it's been great having you in the league, and I especially enjoyed those years when the Wilverines and Highlanders were battling it out for the league championship. Thanks as well for all the time you put into the Hall of Fame votes.

Thanks guys! Your comments made me laugh. It has been a lot of fun playing this game and competeing against all of you. I agree Jaeger it was fun you and I fighting it out for the league title.

i'm sorry to say that i might be giving this up soon myself for awhile as i've been laid off since February. applied to hundreds of positions but only had TWO interviews. that's right TWO.
UC ran out at beginning of Sept and i've exhausted nearly all resources.
supposed to start a contract with highmark on 11/16, but it was supposed to start 11/2 and the project was delayed, and was supposed to start 10/19 before that, and 10/2 before that......feel like the headhunter is stringing me along but she insists that i'm the guy and it's just a matter of highmark giving the go on the project.

Hang in there on the job delays, Bundy. A good friend of mine just went through that with a new position; constant promises that it was happening, and multiple delays in the process. It eventually came through for her; she gave notice at her former place of work and is happy at the new company.

i'm a single dad with two kids age 5 and 10 who just started public school this year. i have them every school night and get them to the bus stop every morning. that can't change when i do get back to work as their mother STARTS work at 5 AM and i have no family left in the area to help.
