There should be two different settings for this, one for when you're at home and one for away. Pinch hitting for the pitcher in the 6th inning is a lot different whether you're home or on the road. As it is you have to constantly change it inbetween series, or inbetween games in the playoffs.
Also a "Never pull SP in the 9th if pitching a shutout until [he is tired and has let a man on base] / [he is tired and has given up a run] / [ he has given up a run]" setting would be nice as well. Especially since shutouts are weighed so heavily in all-star voting. Owners who leave their SP in the game til their arms fall off, most of the time to the detriment of their team, are rewarded for it in all-star voting. This setting would give owners who have a quicker hook at least a chance of getting a shutout, without hurting their team too much.
